Congratulations for your readiness to embark on Six Months of Coaching with Anne-Marie Zanzal Coaching, LLC. This coaching agreement is to ensure your safety in our commitment to you and your investment.

PROGRAM/SERVICE
Anne-Marie Zanzal Coaching, LLC  agrees to provide coaching services for the duration of six months from the purchase of this coaching program. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the program.

DISCLAIMER

Anne-Marie Zanzal and Barbara Rowlandson herein known as the "Coaches" , are not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, public relations or business manager, registered dietician, or financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant. Client understands that the Coaches have not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy. Anne-Marie and Barbara are coaches. Anne-Marie is also an ordained minister and chaplain. Coaching is a process that allows an individual or group of people to reflect and gain awareness of who they are, what is important to them, their strengths, challenges, options open to them and what action to take in order to make the changes they want in their work or life. The client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.
